How to prepare for your newborn session

A newborn photography session is a special way to capture your baby’s first moments, but many parents wonder how to prepare. Don’t worry—I make the process as easy and stress-free as possible! Here are a few simple steps to help ensure a smooth session. 1. Keep Baby Comfortable A well-fed, sleepy baby makes for the best photos! Try to feed your baby right before the session to encourage sleepiness. Also, dress them in loose clothing to avoid red marks on their skin.  I'll be getting the baby in just a diaper to wrap baby up for our wrapped session, or in a diaper for our unwrapped session.  A baby honestly doesn't need that many layers of clothes, so keep it light! 2. Create a Cozy Environment Newborns love warmth, so we’ll keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
